Prairie Ronde Artist Residency
We’re looking for individuals who are highly independent, engaged and curious. We do not limit our residency to any specific medium, but rather are looking for diverse artists who can creatively interact with The Mill.
We host three sessions annually and accept 2 – 4 residents per session. Accepted residents receive a stipend of $2,000 for 5 – 6 weeks, a $500 travel grant and private housing. We work with residents to share their work with the community (a gallery show, public workshop or other).

Archival Bootcamp is a weekly nomadic artistic residency. It gather artists, curators and creative professionals from around the world. Combining theory, practice and spare time, we anchor on the power of archives through artistic practice, critical memory and creative writing.

Weir Farm National Historic Park Artist-in-Residence (U.S.)
Weir Farm NHP in Connecticut invites applications from artists representing a wide range of perspectives and media. Graduate and doctoral students and emerging and professional artists aged 25+ at the time of application may apply. The Friends of Weir Farm will provide a stipend. Artists live in the park in a furnished cottage and have full access to a purpose-built Artist Studio. There is a $35 application fee.

GoggleWorks Summer Artist Residency
The Summer Residency Program at GoggleWorks is a 10-week appointment designed to introduce new energy and interests into the GoggleWorks community with an emphasis on facilitating experimentation and cross-disciplinary projects. GoggleWorks will select three residents for the summer 2026 residency. Residents should be self-motivated and enthusiastic, dedicated to their artwork, and enjoy working with other people in a community studio setting.

The Other Art Fair Brooklyn Spring 2026
From May 14 to 17, 2026, The Other Art Fair returns to Brooklyn and seeks applications for general booths and the New Futures program, which awards a free booth space to an early-career artist.

Black & White 2026 Art Competition
Black & White 2026 Art Competition

Fusion Art invites submissions for the 9th Annual Black & White Art Competition for an online exhibition during the month of February 2026.
For this competition, both 2D and 3D artists, worldwide, are invited to submit their best art and photography using black & white & the nuanced shades in between. Any subject matter and any media are acceptable for this competition. The artwork can range from realism to surrealism to abstraction and artists, regardless of location or experience, are encouraged to submit their best representational and/or nonrepresentational art and photography.

Solo Show & Residency Fellowship 2026
For the second year, Field Projects (NYC) is teaming up with In Situ Polyculture Commons, an arts residency and eco-cultural catalyst (Southeastern Vermont) to offer our 2026 Solo Show & Residency Fellowship!
This opportunity includes a 2–3-week art residency in Vermont in summer 2026, plus a solo exhibition in NYC in fall 2026 for an individual artist OR a collaborative group of up to 4 people, and a stipend of $1500 to be used as the artist(s) sees fit.
FP & ISPC are two artist-run organizations who have created a fellowship opportunity that we would want, and that helps each of us further our missions to platform artists doing and making important creative work for our times.

Spencer Fellowship for Education Reporting
The Spencer Fellowship for Education Reporting is open to journalists and educators who want to develop and publish an ambitious long-form journalism project that advances public understanding of education. Four fellows will be selected for this yearlong program based at Columbia Journalism School. The fellowship combines study and research with advising from faculty experts at Columbia, Teachers College and elsewhere.

2026 Feature Film Producers Track: Lab & Fellowship
The 2026–2027 Feature Film Producers Fellowship is a yearlong program designed to nurture emerging producers with project-specific support through the Producers Lab, year-round mentorship from a dedicated industry mentor, film industry networking opportunities, professional development and project advancement strategy workshops, and ongoing support from Sundance Institute staff. The program is designed to hone emerging producers’ creative instincts and evolve their communication and problem-solving skills at all stages of their next feature film.

Governors Island ARTISTS-IN-RESIDENCE
The New York Latin American Art Triennial (NYLAAT) Artist Residency Program is process-based, with the expectation or promise of a final exhibition of the work. The program provides artists, designers, and creative thinkers time, space, and a supportive community in which to develop ideas and focus on their artistic direction. In addition to our time-honored studio residencies, a variety of innovative professional immersion programs provide opportunities for artists to explore new areas of social and technological practice and engage critically within their field. A unique combination of creative and professional resources provides a rich environment for growth and opportunity in the current, vibrant art scene.

2026 Craft - Based Education Grants
The Center for Craft's new Craft-Based Education Grants—available to all previous Teaching Artist Cohort awardees—will support lasting educational resources that document and encourage the creation of more accessible, impactful teaching tools. Twelve previous Teaching Artist Cohort awardees will each receive $5,000 and be matched with a mentor to document, develop, or improve teaching tools. Grantees will also have the opportunity to cultivate community via a monthly virtual cohort convening. At the end of the six-month grant period, awardees will share resources at a virtual public program hosted by the Center for Craft and through the Center’s website.

Anderson Ranch’s Artists-in-Residence Program
Anderson Ranch’s Artists-in-Residence Program fosters creative, intellectual and professional growth for emerging and established visual artists. Residents have access to world-class facilities and studio time, free from everyday pressures. Residents can pursue interdisciplinary projects among a community of working artists, and gain feedback from prominent Visiting Artists and Critics. Residencies are offered in ceramics, new media, photography, furniture design, woodworking, painting, drawing, printmaking and sculpture. Spring residents pay a fee of $750 for the five weeks at the Ranch. A select group of the 32 residencies are fully funded fellowships awarded by the jury panel.

Long Meadow Art Residency
This solo residency offers artist’s studio space and housing in the Berkshires for six weeks to three months. It includes a $3,000 monthly living stipend, a $2,500 supply budget, access to a vehicle for transportation, and more. The application fee is $35.

HER: Washington Exhibition x RROWM
HER. The Art of Multiplicity is a curated exhibition celebrating the joyful complexity of womanhood, centering the voices and experiences of women from minority and historically underrepresented backgrounds. Presented by The Washington in collaboration with RROWM, the exhibition explores how women embody and navigate multiple identities simultaneously - embracing the intersections of race, ethnicity, culture, gender, career, and community as sources of strength, inspiration, and beauty.

Haystack Mountain School of Crafts – Haystack at 75
Artists can apply for Open Studio Residency and all-levels workshops in blacksmithing, ceramics, fiber, glass, graphics, metals, wood, and writing in coastal Maine. Tuition, room and board, and shop fees vary. Fellowships are available.

New Work Development Artist Residency
While this is a development residency, artists in residence will be expected to integrate their work into the life of the college, providing opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to take part in their creative process and engaging with faculty and the wider campus community throughout the residency period. This program is designed to be mutually beneficial to the artist in residence and our students, providing the latter a high-impact educational opportunity to be present at and contribute to the creative work of the former.

2026 World of WearableArt Competition
The 2026 sections for the world’s leading wearable art competition include Kinetic, Metallic, and Bizarre Bra, alongside the annual sections of Aotearoa, Open, and Avant-garde. Designers are encouraged to focus on original storytelling and meticulous construction. Individuals or teams
consisting of two or three designers are welcome to enter.

John Michael Kohler Arts Center – Arts/Industry Residency
A three-month residency for artists working in Kohler Co.’s Pottery and Foundry with full studio access, free industrial materials, use of equipment, technical support, housing, round-trip transportation, and a monthly honorarium.

Hasselblad Masters 2026 Competition (International)
Hasselblad is looking for great images and unique visions for the Hasselblad Masters 2026 competition. Photographers can submit images made with any camera from any brand, digital or film, and any frame size. The winner receives a Hasselblad X2D II 100C camera, two XCD Series lenses, and a creative fund of €5,000. Selected photographers will have the opportunity to be published in the Hasselblad Masters book.

Spector Craft Prize for Emerging Artists

Ovissi Foundation – 2026 Awards for Artists of Iranian Heritage
Individuals and nonprofit organizations can apply for several grants that provide financial support: the Ovissi Artist Award, the Modern Craft - Ceramic Award, and the MFA Award. Open to Iranian heritage artists who are US citizens.

Museum Foundation of the Philippines Grant 2026
An open grant supporting research, curatorial, publication, and professional development projects that preserve, study, and promote Philippine art, culture, and museum practice, aligned with MFPI’s mission and funding priorities.
Eligibility: MFPI members in good standing, including individuals or organisations endorsed by a non-profit cultural or educational institution. Non-members may apply for MFPI membership before submitting a grant application.

NXTHVN – Studio and Curatorial Fellowships
Up to seven early-career visual artists and two curators participate in a paid, 10-month intensive mentorship-driven residency in New Haven, Connecticut. Fellows are also matched with a high school apprentice for one-on-one mutual learning.

2027 Edgar Heap of Birds Family Artist Residency
The residency will be awarded to an artist whose work is primarily focused on the history and lived experience of North American federally recognized tribal citizens and who exemplifies the art and activism of the artist Edgar Heap of Birds in bringing attention to the lives, struggles and triumphs of Native Americans. The artist in residence will have the opportunity to mentor and advise Tyler students. The residency will culminate in an exhibition to be held in the Edgar Heap of Birds Family Gallery in Temple Contemporary, Tyler’s center for exhibitions and public programs.

Ruth Lilly and Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Poetry Fellowships
The Poetry Foundation awards five Ruth Lilly and Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Poetry Fellowships annually. Among the largest awards offered to young poets in the US, the $27,000 prize is intended to support exceptional US poets between 21 and 31 years of age.
The fellowships were established in 1989 by the Indianapolis philanthropist Ruth Lilly and expanded in 2013 with a gift from the Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Memorial Fund.

WINTER $1,800.00 Innovate Grants for Art + Photo
Innovate Grant awards (2) $1,800.00 grants each quarter, to one Visual Artist and one Photographer. In addition, (12) honorable mentions (6 in art and 6 in photo), will be featured on the website and join a growing community of vibrant and talented artists. Innovate Grant’s commitment extends beyond the grant cycle by promoting the work of selected winners and honorable mentions into the future.

2026-27 Franklin Furnace for Performance Art FUND
Initiated in 1985 with the support of Jerome Foundation, Franklin Furnace annually awards grants to early career artists selected by peer panel review to enable them to produce major performance art works in New York City. Artists may apply once per year as an individual, and once per year as part of a collaboration. FUND grants range between $2,000 and $10,000 based on the peer review panel allocation of funding received by Franklin Furnace.

The guide is part of the Joan Mitchell Foundation’s Creating a Living Legacy (CALL) initiative, which for nearly 15 years has supported artists in their efforts to catalogue, manage, and preserve their life’s work.

Utility Works Call for Art Rolling Submissions
We are thrilled to announce that the Kiosk Gallery, operated by the LEDC, is now inviting applications for art-based exhibitions and creative pop-ups! We are searching for gifted local artists and entrepreneurs to display their work in our Kiosk Gallery on Baltimore Avenue in Lansdowne, PA. For art exhibitions, we are seeking proposals for solo or small group shows. Our art exhibitions are scheduled to run for 6 to 8 weeks and include an opening reception, granting ample exposure for the artist and opportunities to connect with visitors. While Utility Works is happy to assist administratively, we ask artists to be present for and to assist with the installation of their work. Limited pedestals are available for use

POLLOCK-KRASNER FOUNDATION GRANT
Pollock-Krasner grants have enabled artists to create new work, purchase needed materials, and pay for studio rent, as well as their expenses. Past recipients of Pollock-Krasner grants acknowledge their critical impact in allowing concentrated time for studio work and in preparing for exhibitions and other professional opportunities, such as accepting a residency.
